Policies and Procedures Guidelines for Returning Footbaths

Below is our return policies for new (unused) and used footbath returns. No shipping costs will be refunded, and absolutely no refunds will be given after 30 days from date of purchase.

RESTOCKING FEES:

$150.00 for used footbaths (even if used only once)

$50.00 for unused footbaths.

If you are having trouble using your footbath, we will be happy to help you resolve these issues. We would rather you be happy with your purchase, than to have to send it back.

All items included in your original purchase must be returned to avoid additional charges.

You must provide a RMA (return) shipping label for your return shipment.

Do not return your footbath without first contacting us. Footbaths returned without an RMA will not receive a refund. (PERIOD)

If you return your footbath on your own and the shipment is lost we are not responsible for the shipment.
