Orders placed by 12:00 pm est. and funds cleared will be shipped the same day except during the busy season from June through January. We may experience some seasonal delays in shipping, but we will make every effort to update our site with current ship times. All orders under 69.99 pounds will be shipped USPS ground unless otherwise specified. All orders over 70 pounds will be shipped either UPS or DHL. The rates to ship these packages will be added at time of shipment.  Multiple box shipments will sometimes arrive a day or two apart, please allow ample time for your shipment to arrive before calling us for a tracer.

Auto-Ship orders will be shipped on the 7th of the month. Remember this shipment is for the Auto-Ship you have placed on file.

We keep a large inventory of our items, but occasionally a product will be out of stock due to circumstances beyond our control. We will try to inform you of any out of stock items when placing your order. 

All of our prices and discounts are listed on our website. Our discounts are per product based on volume purchased. We would be happy to special prices on larger orders, please call us at 866-683-5253. 

Payment

Credit Cards - We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept checking account, debit cards for your convenience. Your order will not be shipped if your credit card declines, so please make sure to check your available balance before placing your order.

Phone Checks, Checks on File, Personal Checks, Business Checks  - These methods of payment is like writing us a check from your checking account, however your order will be processed immediately and we do not need to wait for it to clear our bank before shipping. Orders paid by checks are subject to a $25.00 service charge if return. If your account has a NSF, your account will be taged and future orders will not be shipped until funds have cleared.

Credit Terms - we do not have credit terms under any circumstance.
