What is an Auto-Ship:
An Autoship or Back Order Program is an important part of any network marketing company. Some folks who are new to marketing are skeptical about setting up an autoship order arrangement. If you truly understand the business and what it's purpose is, you will see just how valuable it will be to you and you will be excited to have this part of your business package. Please read this carefully and if you still have questions, call the corporate office (866-683-5253) and ask one of the Leadership Team to explain it better. Here is how it works.
To get started you only need to order 39 pv (point value) of products. If you order your products this month and the total pv of your orders is 39 pv or more, that is enough pv for you to meet the minimum requirement to be active in our marketing plan and the company can send you any commission checks due. If you do not meet the requirements and are placed inactive, by law and the Natural Guardian International Policies and Procedures, we cannot send you your commission checks.
The last day of the month the computer software will check to see if you met your pv requirement for the month. If you have, you are active and the computer will NOT place an order for you and will continue to check our other Family Members to insure they are active. If you forgot to order, or didn't order enough pv to be active, the computer will place an order for you and charge your method on file for the items you have listed as your back up, plus shipping and any state sales tax due.
Some of our family members use the autoship program as a convince to themselves. They just allow the computer to place the order for them each month so they don't have to make a call, or place an order online and we ship it to them.
The main purpose of this Autoship program is to be like an insurance policy to insure that you do not lose your commission check by not placing an order and becoming inactive. Again, your autoship order is never sent unless it is necessary to keep you active in the company. If you want to discontinue this autoship order it is as simple as e-mailing, faxing or delivering something in writing to the corporate office and it can be stopped at any time by doing so.
An autoship program also protects you and the company in other ways. It insures that you don't lose your position in the matrix by being inactive for two months in any 12 month period. It will also insure that orders will be placed to keep the company running smoothly and that cash flow will be sufficient to keep the company running strong. If the company became insolvent, your business would be worthless. This will help insure Natural Guardian International and your business is running strong for years to come.
And most importantly, without an autoship program, you WILL find yourself calling most of the people in your downline to get them to place their order(s) on the last few days of each month for you to meet your bonus programs, etc. This would take away valuable business building time from you and probably would eventually cause tension between you and your personal enrollees. The autoship program will prevent all of this.
On the enrollment form or online enrollment form you will see a place to choose which product(s) you plan to use. First, you need to choose your product(s) (make sure it is at least 50 pv which is the minimum to keep you active). Use a payment method such as a credit card or checking account for payment of any autoship orders that are placed.
You need to be sure to remember when you reach the Executive Director Status or higher to up your autoship order to 100 pv's to insure you don't lose your 50% matching bonuses by not meeting the higher pv requirements in those positions.
